For over twenty years United Welfare Union has stood with Hong Kong's Muslim and ethnic-minority families — through two masjids that also teach, a madrassah, and the people who keep them running.

What we do
We run madrassah and language classes, support young people into work and education, and provide a place to gather, pray and ask for help — in Urdu, English and Cantonese.
Support ethnic-minority families with the practical help they need to settle and thrive in Hong Kong.

Every donation is recorded against the appeal or fund it was given to. Nothing is counted towards an appeal total until we have matched the transfer and confirmed it. Zakat is kept separate and distributed only to those eligible to receive it.
